The PRC list..... #Miracle

It's 3:41 am now and I'm in Taipei, Taiwan with my Boss and officemates. Still couldn't contain the happiness of seeing #2344 with my name in this list from the Professional Regulations Commission or PRC : 

Since January this year, I've been patiently and diligently attending the comprehensive review class for Real Estate just to get a license for me to practice Real Estate Brokerage.

I prayed so hard esp after the board exams last sunday. 

I've taken lots of tests in my life, but this is definitely one, if not THE hardest so far. 

Can't wait to share the good news with my family. I want to hug them all now!

This only shows that there is still that thing called a Miracle! And I thank God for this new blessing. I love you Lord. I give back all the glory to you!!!!

Few weeks after, I learned about the bad news which lead to my second Radio Active Iodine Treatment. 

Coincidentally, I posted this on my facebook wall a while ago:

It's one of the things that struck me when I attended the Complete Health Improcement Programs or CHIP, several weeks ago. 

It's actually the Program's theme song and it is a song by Selah. 

The message of the entire song was actually similar to my prayer 10 years ago :-)

I really hope I will be able to inspire my fellow Cancer Survivors/Patients and individuals who, in one way or another was touched by Cancer to pay it forward.  There are hundreds of underpriviledged Filipinos who are still fighting the big C, but can't afford the high cost of treatment. Any form of assistance if consolidated, will make a difference. We have to ACT NOW!

1st Simulation Ride for Bike for Kids :)

40.88 kms in 2 1/2 hours😝  ....means a lot to a newbie biker like me hehe 

Thanks to my official trainer, my idol & friend, the founder of Cancer Warriors Foundation, and a fellow Cancer Survivor James Auste hehe 

Call time was 6-6:15am infront of the Church at the Mall of Asia compound. 

I was intimidated at first. The goal was to bike from MOA to Luneta and Back or approximately 14 kilometers.

Warm up is a 10-kilometer ride from our house located in Sucat, Parañaque to MOA. 

When we arrived Luneta though, I feel more confident that's why we decided to go straight to Intramuros. Adding several kilometers more. 

San Agustine Church in Intramuros - our first Pit stop. 

We made a U-Turn at the Manila Cathedral which was just a few meters away :-) 

And then we're back after 2 1/2 hours.
